Single Session (1)
A one-time private session to reset, realign, and experience the Lemon Drop method.

Starter Series (4 Sessions) — Recommended for Beginners
The ideal introduction to your practice. Build consistency, learn foundational movement patterns, and begin developing a strong mind-body connection.

Growth Series (7 Sessions)
Deepen your practice with progressive support. Improve strength, mobility, and confidence through consistent guided sessions.

Group Classes (Studio Schedule)

Join me in group settings at local studios where I currently teach Pilates and yoga classes.

These are community-based classes hosted through partner studios and not private sessions.
